So the latest dictator to endorse President Obama’s re-election campaign was Hugo Chavez.

Chavez said, in late September, “I hope this doesn’t harm Obama, but if I was from the United States, I’d vote for Obama.” (via Reuters)

Not only that, but Chavez also supposed that if Obama was from Venezuala, he would vote for Chavez himself. Not something I personally doubt.
